Yannick and I have loved every moment of dealing with Caroline. From the first day I met her at the marina it was obvious how much she loves her job, and how much value she places on her clients needs. She spent a couple of hours with me as I walked through the marina, took her time in answering all my questions, and what she didn’t have answers for, she got them for me within a day. She did all this even knowing that the property was sold conditionally! Once we decided that we did in fact want to put an offer in on the marina, she worked as hard for us to make the deal happen as she did for her seller. It was a pleasant, and painless process that ended up with us being the proud new owners of West Bay Narrows Marina. Even now that the deal is closed she’s quick to reply to our emails. She is wonderful, caring, fun and professional. I would work with her again in a heart beat.

Meeting Caroline was like meeting a good friend you hadn’t seen in a few months. We made an instant connection with her the first time we met. She genuinely cared about our family and knew right away what we were looking for in a cottage. The fact that she included our young children in the process meant a lot to us as they felt like they were part of the decision. She was timely with her responses and went out of her way to meet with us at various times considering the drive we had to make to get there. Not once did we feel like she was trying to up sell us or make us work out of our means, that was much appreciated compared to previous experiences in the past. She was professional and caring with the fact that we hadn’t purchased a home in over 10 years so were a little rusty on a few things, she provided us with excellent guidance. Our cottage closed yesterday and before I went to bed I received a congrats email from her that was the most uplifting after a long process. We are beyond excited about our new purchase.
