I moved to the Lake of Bays area in 2005 from New York City, where I had a 13-year career as a TV commercial production coordinator. I credit working with temperamental and demanding directors on multi-million dollar advertising projects with having ingrained in me a “can-do” attitude and an exceptionally high standard of performance, as well as finely honed organizational skills, precision, and creative, proactive problem-solving. Just as there is a solution to every problem, there is a buyer for every home, and matching people to properties is one of the challenges of real estate sales that I find most exciting.
In addition to everything real estate, I thrive on spending time in the woods or on the water. Having spent summers in the ’80s at Taylor Statten Camps in Algonquin Park, I always dreamed of living in Muskoka, so it was with great joy that I settled into my 19th century log farmhouse in Dorset. All the same, I head to the city when I can, to fill up on time with friends, fine arts and fine shopping.
