The key thing to ask yourself when choosing your blog topics is “Will this blog topic provide value?” Try to put yourself in the shoes of your target audience and then try to answer the questions they would be asking.
Every real estate agent that is starting a blog needs to blog about the area they live/work in.
Show off your knowledge about the area and establish yourself as the “area expert”. It’s important to start small and only focus on your specific neighborhood as it is easier to be the area expert when you focus on just your specific neighborhood. There are exceptions of course and if you live in a small town, then this would be your “area” to focus on. So with this in mind, think of all the questions that people would search on Google to find answers on your area. Each of these questions then becomes a blog post.
